ENA metagenomics standards
In this session Sam Holt from ENA describes the various types of metagenomic assemblies that can be submitted to ENA, and how they relate to the ENA data model. Sam also covers the metagenomic standards that can be used in submission of the data and metadata, including the MIMAG checklist for MAG submissions.
You can find further information about submitting metagenomic data to the ENA on their ReadtheDocs pages.
