Study page
On each study page you will find the study title, authors, an abstract, a link to any associated publications, key terms describing the study and sample descriptors or Factors (Figure 6).
Studies contain several tabs which describe the complete assay details. This includes protocols, samples and associated metadata, Assays containing technical details of the analysis performed, linked raw data and identified metabolites (Figure 7). The Metabolites tab contain the Metabolite Annotation Files (MAF), which hold information related to the compounds/features analyzed in each Assay of the study (Figure 8).
