Experimenter
The Experimenter application (Figure 5) is for designing controlled experiments. It is useful for comparing the performance of several machine learning models using various datasets. Unlike the Explorer Window in which you can load only one dataset at a time, using the WEKA Experimenter, you can load several datasets at the same time, and train and test several machine learning models at the same time. However, the Experimenter application offers fewer capabilities for data preprocessing or visualisation.
