Using UniProt to explore proteins involved in AMR
Uniprot is a comprehensive database of protein sequence, function, and variation information. In the context of AMR this resource can be used to investigate the functions, structures, and biochemical reactions of the proteins encoded by ARGs.
The following webinar presented by Paul Denny, UniProt, will briefly introduce you to the UniProt website and highlight the relevant resources and features available to study AMR.
If you would like to learn more about UniProt, take a look at our ‘UniProt: Quick tour‘ online tutorial.
