Using Ensembl to visualise AMR-associated genomic regions
Ensembl is a genome browser that allows you to explore and visualise genomic regions. It has various platforms for different organism types, for example bacteria, fungi, protists, etc. however their functionality is the same.
In the following webinar recording Louisse Paola Mirabueno, Ensembl, will introduce you to the Ensembl bacteria genome browser and demonstrate how to use it.
On the next page we will transition from genes to proteins, to learn how UniProt can be used to study AMR.
