Try it yourself: Studying ARGs using Ensembl and UniProt
In the following activity you will gain hands-on experience using the Ensembl Bacteria and UniProt platforms.
In the first part of the activity you will navigate Ensembl Bacteria to find information about a specific antimicrobial resistance gene, then in the second part of the activity you will progress to UniProt to investigate the protein produced from the gene.
