Searching for protein structures
The Protein Data Bank in Europe (PDBe) is EMBL-EBI’s resource for the collection, organisation and dissemination of data on biological macromolecular structures.
This online tutorial will take about 1 hour to complete. It will explain the role of PDBe, show you how to search this resource and guide you through some examples.
