Finding expression data
Expression Atlas is a resource for finding information about gene and protein expression. It is also possible to visualise down-stream analysis results to explore co-expression. Expression Atlas aims to help answer questions such as ‘where is a certain gene expressed?’ or ‘how does its expression change in a disease?‘.
This quick tour will take about 30 minutes to complete. It will explain more about what you can do with Expression Atlas and take you through how to search, visualise and download data.
