Results for matching FunFams

In the ‘Matching FunFams’ tab you will find a list of functional families that the query protein matches (Figure 9). The top 2 significant hits in the matching FunFams correspond to two distinct domains which suggests that the query protein (UniProt: P0A6B4, PDB: 4XBJ) consists of two structural domains. The N-terminal domain maps to functional family 3.20.20.10/FF/2 (the first ‘Match’ in Figure 9) while C-terminal domain maps to another functional family 2.40.37.10/FF/2 (the second ‘Match’ in Figure 9).
