Structural Bioinformatics – Pfam/InterPro tutorial
Course description
This tutorial provides an introduction to using Pfam and InterPro web interfaces and content. You will learn to perform a UniProt accession search in the Pfam website and search InterPro to obtain information about a protein sequence function, domains and structural features.
Pre-requisites
Basic knowledge of biology and basic computer skills.

- Perform a UniProt accession search in Pfam and interpret the information provided
- Perform a sequence search and text search using the InterPro website
