What IMPC data are available: Solr cores
We currently have five Solr cores available via API:
experiment— a collection of raw data with assigned body weight that has passed quality control.statistical-result— results from the statistical pipeline. Data also includes manually annotated hits.genotype-phenotype— significant results only: statistical pipeline data with a p-value threshold of 1e-4, or hits manually annotated as significant.phenodigm— a collection of gene-disease associations based on the PhenoDigm algorithm, which calculates how well a mouse model recapitulates the clinical features of human diseases.impc_images— a core with image data, including X-ray, lacZ expression, histopathology, etc.
