Downloading data from a PDB entry page
Every PDBe entry page provides a Downloads control where you can retrieve files related to that structure.
Downloading from a single entry
There are several different download options and file formats available from a PDB entry page.
Downloading from several entries at the same time
For bulk retrieval across many entries, PDBe provides a Download service and a Download API to assemble and fetch batches of files such as coordinates, fasta sequences, validation reports, but also small molecule CCD files, SIFTS mapping files etc.
