Accessing data via EVA website – Study browser
The EVA provides a separate dataset for each study, listing the associated metadata such as the genome/samples used within the study, sequencing platform, a description of the study, any related publications, etc.
The EVA study browser lists all datasets that have been archived at the resource. Explore EVA’s study browser by clicking on the
