Bulk download genome-wide data files with FTP
Download genome-wide flat files with data for each organism in Ensembl with the FTP site (Figure 46). For example, you can download files containing data for all of the cDNA, gene, protein, or ncRNA features for a species, as well as whole genome sequences, variation data and more.
