Sequence analysis tools in UniProt
UniProt provides the scientific community with a freely accessible collection of protein sequences and functional information and is one of the most widely used protein resources in the world. BLAST and the multiple sequence alignment are essential methods commonly used to find and compare protein or nucleotide sequences.
In this webinar, recorded in February 2024, Pedro Raposo demonstrates how you can access and run these sequence analysis tools in UniProt, a comprehensive resource of protein sequence and function.
