PDBe aims to \u2018bring structure to biology\u2019 and provides a comprehensive range of tools and services to make the extensive archive of structural and functional information in the\u00a0PDB\u00a0more accessible to the wider biological community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can learn more about PDBe in our online course <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ebi.ac.uk\/training\/online\/course\/pdbe-searching-biological-macromolecular-structure\" target=\"_blank\">PDBe: Searching the Protein Data Bank<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This webinar took place on 15th September 2020 and&nbsp;introduced the PDBe&nbsp;REST&nbsp;API&nbsp;service and show you how to access and analyse macromolecular structural data programmatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PDBe\u2019s REST API is a programmatic way to obtain information from the PDB and&nbsp;EMDB.
