The COVID-19 Data Portal was launched in April 2020 to bring together relevant datasets for sharing and analysis in an effort to accelerate coronavirus research. This course provides a short overview of what the COVID-19 Data Portal is, how to access it and how to submit data.

Who is this course for?

This course is aimed at scientists interested in learning about the COVID-19 Data Portal; no pre-requisite knowledge is required, but an undergraduate-level knowledge of biology would be an advantage. It was developed as part of the EOSC-Life project; EOSC-Life has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 programme under grant agreement number 824087.
