Viewing Orthologous and Paralogous Complexes

• The Complex Navigator displays complexes with common components in close proximity. Add complexes to the basket feature for a more selective display of paralogous complexes.

• Use the ‘Group by orthologs’ toggle to view orthologous groups from the Panther database which map to a complex’s components.
