The Complex navigator
- Search results are displayed in ‘List view.’ Select the ‘Navigator view’ tab to compare between orthologous complexes and/or paralogous complexes.
- The Complex Navigator is a matrix in which:
- rows contain complex names.
- columns contain their respective components.
- paralogous complexes are displayed clustered together.
- circles (
) contain the component’s stoichiometry within each complex.
- Complexes can be added to a basket for comparison.
