Pairwise Relationships
Pairwise protein-protein interaction data from ProteomeHD and IntAct are displayed in a heatmap format.
- The X and Y-axis display the gene names of the complex components.
- A correlation key displayed under the heatmap ranges from 0-1, where 1 represents 100% co-expression between two proteins.
