QSProteome
- QSProteome is a centralized, community-driven structural biology resource that hosts over 35,000 predicted oligomeric protein complex models, covering more than 42,000 genes across multiple species.
- Each entry includes interactive 3D visualization, functional annotations, and links to databases such as BioCyc, ComplexPortal, PDB, and UniProt, integrating computational predictions with experimental data.
