Multi-Scale Integrated Cell (MuSIC) Maps
- There are 317 MuSIC complexes in the Complex Portal. MuSIC maps, imported from the MuSIC project are composite data of numerous datasets used to construct a systematic map of human cell structure.
- Immunofluorescent images from the Human Protein Atlas along with Affinity Purification Mass Spectrometry data from one or more sources were converted into embeddings that were then co-embedded and converted into an integrated interaction network to derive a hierarchical model.
- From the Complex Portal:
- visualize MuSIC maps by following the links shown in the ‘Identifier’ tab.
- follow the link in the ‘Identifier’ tab under Cell Lines for the cellular source.
