hu.MAP3.0 Complexes
- hu.MAP3.0 complexes are derived from a computational workflow which has integrated high-throughput experimental and computational data.
- >25,000 mass spectrometry experiments from multiple approaches (i.e. AP-MS, CF-MS, proximity labelling) were used to identify more than 15,000 protein complexes, accounting for approximately 70% of the human proteome.
- hu.MAP3.0 complexes which matched fully or partially to curated Complexes have been merged. Click on the qualifier link to learn more about the match.
- Access details of the hu.MAP3.0 complex following the link displayed in the Complex name banner as well as the ‘Identifier’ tab.
