Getting data from Complex Portal
To retrieve data from the Complex Portal you can download complexes in PSI-MI XML2.5 and XML3.0 and in tabulated formats from the Complex Portal FTP site and in JSON format from the Complex Portal webservice (Figure 24). Click on

The FTP directory contains a folder for each PSI-MI XML format (2.5 and 3.0). Each PSI-MI XML folder contains a folder per species which further contains a file per complex. Predicted complexes in the FTP directory are organised in the same way.
The ComplexTab contains a separate tab-separated values (tsv) file for each species. Predicted complexes are in a separately marked file.
The webservice has four methods:
