Accessing metabolomics data
MetaboLights is the first general purpose, open access repository for metabolomics studies, their raw experimental data and associated metadata. The identification and quantification of metabolites can provide unique insights into the metabolic processes that are taking place in the cellular environment.
This online tutorial will show you what kind of information is available in Metabolights and how to access the data. It will take about 30 minutes to complete.
