Submitting data to EMBL-EBI resources
Different EMBL-EBI data resources allow for data submissions in different ways. Use the data submission wizard (figure 3) to identify which resource is suitable for your data and how you can submit to that particular resource. The data wizard will ask you a few questions about your data to help you find the most relevant resource.

All EMBL-EBI resources that accept direct submissions include information on their websites; some of these also have training available to assist you with planning for and submitting data:
- Submitting functional genomics data
- Submitting sequence data to the European Nucleotide Archive
- MGnify portal: Submitting metagenomics data to the European Nucleotide Archive
- Submitting your genome wide association study data to the GWAS Catalog
- Submitting proteomics data to PRIDE
- Submitting molecular interaction and protein complexe data to IntAct and Complex Portal
- Submitting data to the BioImage Archive
- Submitting data to the COVID-19 Data Portal
For assistance at any stage of the submission process, please contact the specific resource helpdesk using the ‘Contact us’ option on the resource website or via the Support form by selecting the relevant resource. All resources have people there to help you with your submission process – they are happy to talk to you right from the data planning stage.
