What is biostatistics?

In biology, we conduct studies, or experiments, to compare different conditions with respect to the biological response.

With increasing amounts of, often complex, data, it can be difficult to get an overview and to draw coherent conclusions.

Biostatistical methods help to visualise data, make estimates on biological properties and quantify evidence for scientific hypotheses.

Continue through this collection to discover common principles of statistical methods, and to gain hands-on experience with user-friendly tools for data visualisation and testing.
