Upload your data

We support multiple methods for data upload. These methods are recommended according to the submission data size (Table 1):

Submission size	Recommended upload method
If less than 500 files and 50GB total size (< 20GB per individual file)	Submission tool upload
For up to 1TB total size	FTP
For any larger submission	Aspera

Please note that we cannot accept single files larger than 2TB.
