Submission

After all data files and one or more file lists have been uploaded, you can create your submission using the web submission tool (Figure 22).

Please select Bioimages template (Figure 23), unless you are making an annotations-only submission (i.e. just segmentation masks, point annotations etc, without corresponding images), in which case please make sure you select BioImage Archive Annotations Submission template (Figure 23). The following subsections of this chapter explain how to add sections to your submission if necessary and a demonstration on how to do ‘Study Component’ associations. After you have filled in all the fields in the web form, you can submit by clicking the submit button.
