Biocuration involves the collection, curation and integration of information related to the biological sciences into databases or resources. In this collection, we bring together online tutorials and videos introducing knowledge and skills pivotal to biocuration, including ontologies, programming and text mining.

This collection is suitable for anyone who is interested in becoming a biocurator or learning what is involved in being a biocurator. It is also suitable for biocurators who are interested in discovering more about programming, text mining, ontologies and user experience design for biocuration.
