The journey through consent and data management
This section focuses on the practical steps involved in the consenting process, and what that means for our case studies (Person A and Person B), as well as those involved in research and data management. We introduce the ethical, legal and social issues applicable in a human data cohort context, explain the consenting process, and look at how one can benefit from a greater understanding of this topic.

- ELSI (Ethical, Legal, and Social Implications) relating to a research participant’s data collection, storage, and use
