What types of data can I find in the ArrayExpress collection?
The ArrayExpress collection is the home for experimental data and metadata from functional genomics studies. The vast majority of experiments cover gene expression analysis, also called transcriptomics. These include microarray-based gene expression, and high-throughput sequencing based analyses like RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, Bisulfite-seq.
