Multi-omics pathway analysis
Integrating data from different omics approaches such as transcriptomics and proteomics is challenging but can provide opportunities to discover novel biological knowledge. This webinar with Johannes Griss, Medical University of Vienna, recorded on 21 October 2020, provides a guide to performing comparative multi-omics pathway analyses using the ReactomeGSA pathway analysis system and includes:
- comparison of independent studies that use different ‘omics approaches, as well as different ‘omics measurements from the same study
- simple to use methods to integrate public datasets into one’s own analysis.
- use of the ReactomeGSA R package to improve the annotations of single-cell RNAseq data
