Submitting data to PRIDE
PRIDE enables you to submit all proteomics data types; PRIDE can accept datasets coming from any type of proteomics workflow. To submit data to PRIDE, follow the PX consortium guidelines. For more information, see Get help and support on PRIDE.
Register as a user in PRIDE
Before submitting to the PRIDE database users need to create an account. If you don’t already have a PRIDE account, please create one here. Currently we don’t send out automatic emails upon successful registration.
