PDBe: Searching the Protein Data Bank

This course will show you how to search the Protein Data Bank in Europe (PDBe) - EMBL-EBI's resource for the collection, organisation and dissemination of data on biological macromolecular structures. The course contains the following mini-tutorials, to help you navigate the resource: 'searching for all structures associated with a particular author' and 'finding PDB entries associated with a popular drug.'

No previous knowedge of bioinformatics is required to undertake this course, but an undergraduate level understanding of biology may be of benefit.  Additionally, you may wish to have a look at Biomacromolecular structures: an introduction to the EBI resources  before taking this course.
