Getting data from MetaboLights
All public studies and associated data in MetaboLights are freely available for download (Figure 9). You can further modify these data as you wish.
There are four methods for downloading data from studies:
- download from the study details page
- download individual files and folders from our FTP site or using Aspera
- download using API
- download using Globus
Submitted data is encoded in the standardized and open ISA-Tab format.
