The study details page provides all the information that has been stored in the diXa warehouse for the selected study, including the names of the chemicals used. There are also links to the data files and original EMBL-EBI repositories such as ArrayExpress (Figure 7).

The ontological terms used in the study appear as clickable links, allowing you to search the warehouse for any of these terms - e.g. all studies performed on the Agilent technology platform.
