Complex Portal: webinar

In this webinar Birgit Meldal introduces the updated Complex Portal and provide a brief introduction of its coverage, curation pipeline and strategy. She demonstrates how to search for complexes using a variety of accessions numbers, keywords and how to use the new organism search. The webinar will finish with a demonstration of the much improved complex details page which now contains many more visualisation tools and link-outs to related databases.

This webinar is aimed at individuals who wish to learn more about the Complex Portal.  No prior knowledge of bioinformatics is required, but an undergraduate level understanding of biology would be useful.
