Multi-omics data integration using MOFA

Overview: MOFA is a factor analysis model that provides a general framework for the integration of multi-omic data sets in an unsupervised fashion. This session will start with a basic overview of MOFA and other data integration tools, followed by hands-on application of MOFA to real-world data.
