Most of this course used online, browser-based resources, however to work through some of the materials you will find it useful to have a locally installed version of free molecular visualisation programs, we provide links below. Please note the links take you to external webpages not managed by EMBL.

PyMol: Go to https://pymolwiki.org/index.php/Windows_Install and follow the instructions to download/install/compile the suitable PyMol product you require. Links for Linux and Mac.

UCSF ChimeraX: Go to https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/download.html and follow the instructions to download/install/compile the most suitable version of ChimeraX for your needs.
