Overview: This session will describe the steps in droplet-based scRNA seq data generation.

Why does this matter?

• The analysis and troubleshooting in particular relies on understanding the library generation and cell isolation processes
• Also, kits! You’d be surprised how few highly experienced wet-labbers actually know what their kit is doing…

1. Introduce yourself to the group
2. Describe your ideal weather
3. Open your Breakout Room’s activity using the Activity Folder in the course handbook
4. Put the labels in order, from cells to sequencing
5. Put the pieces of the protocol in order
6. You will be returned 15 minutes early (12:00-GMT)
7. Message the slack #course_discussion channel if you finish early
