Trajectory analysis using Monocle 3 | Practical

Overview:
This session will introduce participants to trajectory analysis using Monocle3 within Galaxy. It will cover the preparation of the input files, following the analysis workflow, adjusting and discussing the chosen parameters, interpreting the results and comparing the outputs from Scanpy and Monocle.
Learning objectives:
- Identify which operations to perform on an AnnData object to obtain the files needed for Monocle
- Follow the Monocle3 workflow and choose the right parameter values
- Compare the outputs from Scanpy and Monocle
- Interpet trajectory analysis results
