Overview: This session will describe the steps in droplet-based scRNA-seq data generation.

Why does this matter?

• The analysis and troubleshooting in particular relies on understanding the library generation and cell isolation processes
• Also, kits! You’d be surprised how few highly experienced wet-labbers actually know what their kit is doing…

By the end of the session you will be able to:

• Describe the library generation and cell isolation process.
