Everything, everywhere, all at once: tools and databases for managing field based experiments with Germinate
Trainers: Paul Shaw and Sebastian Raubach
Overview: This section covers topics ranging from data collection in the field and lab using GridScore through to making data from plant genetic resources available online through tools like Germinate. It covers the issues that you may have with these data types and how to address them to ensure data is of high quality and in formats that allow you to share data easily with the plant community. It highlights the common pitfalls with experimental data from field based phenotyping experiments and suggests ways in which you can try and address them.
