Advanced topics (Terminal, Snakemake, pyTorch)

Overview:  The section continues with some basic fundamentals of computing operating systems and the command line interface, called ‘terminal’, which allows us to interact with such systems. It also includes fundamental concepts on Snakemake, a workflow management system to create reproducible and scalable data analyses, and pyTorch, a machine learning framework based on the Torch library, used for applications such as computer vision and natural language processing.
