MAG submission

Overview:  This session goes into a bit more depth about how to submit metagenomics data to the ENA with a focus on the different assembly types that are relevant for capturing and archiving metagenomic assembly projects. It also goes into a bit more depth around ENA sample checklists and how to capture metagenome assembly specific metadata.

• Use a test version of the ENA Interactive Submission service for submitting a MAG assembly to the European Nucleotide Archive
