European Nucleotide Archive: ENA Submission

Overview:  The first of two ENA related lectures within this course introduces the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA), who they are, what they do and why their users submit data this platform. This lecture covers the ENA data and metadata models which are important for understanding how data in the archive are organised. This lecture also introduces the different ways users can submit to the archive, including using the genome_uploader tool.
