Introduction to EMBL-EBI resources

Overview: EMBL-EBI is the home of the world’s most comprehensive range of freely available molecular databases and resources. Our resources help researchers share and analyse data and perform complex queries in many different ways. The original session was divided in two main segments one summarising the course objectives and the second describing the data resources at EMBL-EBI.

By the end of this session you will be able to:
- Explain EMBL-EBI’s role as a data provider
- Find and access and use EMBL-EBI data
- Discuss why to submit data to EMBL-EBI
- Know where to find further training
