Overview: The Omics Discovery Index (OmicsDI) is an open source platform which provides a knowledge discovery framework across heterogeneous omics data (genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics and metabolomics). This lecture will introduce OmicsDI platform and how it supports multiomics analysis with public data.
