Galaxy workflows for non-coding RNA

Overview:
This session was part of the 2023 iteration of the ‘Introduction to RNA-Seq and functional interpretation’ course. It gives an overview of non-coding RNAs and their annotations, locations and functional associations. It also cover the RFam models, RNAcentral and goes over exploring ncRNAs and RNA-seq data using the Galaxy plarform.
